So Much Milo

If you don’t know who Milo is, let me introduce you to the small little one of our family, who currently resides with my parents.

Milo has been a part of our family for about 4 years now. We got him when he was a tiny little fluff ball, one that could easily sit in my two hands. He’s a mix of Lhasa Apso and Maltese, at least that’s what I think.

He has a very unique personality. And by unique, I mean neurotic at times. He’s not a yapper, although he loves to bark and pretend to be tough as people walk past our house on their way home from work/school. But he likes to sit on your feet if you are sitting at a desk or table, he spins in three circles when you come home and he wants to come in with you, and he just generally likes to be near you at all times. Not quite needy, but just be near you, even though you don’t have to pay attention to him.

His best friend is Tasi, my sister’s Australian Cattle Dog. She’s about a year and a half old and obviously bigger than him. Although she’s bigger than him and probably smarter (as most cattle dogs are very smart!), he definitely rules her. Tasi also seems to think she’s Milo size, since she’s really only been around him since she was a pup. It’s funny, although not so funny when she tries to sit on your lap.  Ha.

Milo has this absolutely adorable pout, especially in the morning when he wants out or just wants your attention.

I mean, look at that little face. Bub thinks I’m weird for taking so many pictures of him. and of course I text him these pictures all.the.time. Haha. Yes, you may call me the crazy dog lady. I don’t mind.

Milo also has this habit of taking any stuffed animal he can find (usually his size) and play with it… Whenever you walk into our house after being out for awhile, he likes to show off and he’ll bring you something like the above or even a house slipper. Just to get your attention.

And another thing he loves to do?

Sleep. Anywhere. And everywhere.
